Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:

– Unwashed
– In original packaging with all tags intact
Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged.
2. Exchange Policy
If you ordered the wrong size or received a defective product, we’re happy to exchange it:

– Exchanges are processed within 5 working days after we receive the product
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
– The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect
– A replacement item is not available
Refund Method:
– Processed via the original payment method (bank/card)
– May take 7–10 business days after approval

– Used or damaged items due to customer handling
– Custom-stitched or altered products
– Final Sale items

6. Shipping Costs
– If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty product), we cover return shipping.
